Tomorrowland main stage catches fire ahead of weekend one

Tomorrowland’s main stage is on fire.

Videos shared widely on social media appear to show the Belgian festival’s main stage ablaze less than 48 hours before it opens its gates to over 70,000 attendees. Local publication GVA reports that “emergency services are on the scene in large numbers” and that advice is being given to people in the area to “keep their windows and doors closed”.

The Mirror reports that around 1,000 employees are understood to be on site. No injuries have been reported at the time of writing.

An additional article shared by GVA, as well as videos shared on X, show the extent of the blaze.

DJ Mag has reached out to Tomorrowland’s organisers for further information. We will continue to report on this story.
