Ipswich Town will be hoping for an instant return to the Premier League and are doing their best to recruit some top talent.
Three players have joined Ipswich this summer and Kieran McKenna’s side are one of the early favourites for promotion in the Championship race.
The Tractor Boys have money to spend and are also keen to keep their best players after rejecting Brentford’s £35m bid for Omari Hutchinson.
Despite being considered as one of the ‘better’ clubs in the second tier, their pull isn’t for everyone.

Ipswich have bid for midfielder Marcel Ruiz rejected
Teams are beginning to look outside of the box now and Ipswich turned to Mexico to try and land their latest target.
With Sam Morsy off to Kuwait, a replacement was needed and Toluca midfielder Marcel Ruiz was the man they had identified.
According to Super Deportivo, a deal to bring Ruiz to Suffolk was in the works and an £8m fee was discussed but the 24-year-old has turned down their advances and wants to remain in Mexico.
Who is Marcel Ruiz?
Ruiz is a 24-year-old midfielder playing for Toluca in the Liga MX Clausura.
He can play anywhere centrally and has played 125 games, scoring 15 goals and providing 16 assists since signing for the club in 2022.
As well as winning the league at club level, Ruiz also enjoyed success on the international stage after winning the Gold Cup with Mexico and is expected to be a part of the national team squad for the 2026 World Cup.
