Emily M. Frassetto (Splinter), 30, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Services will be held at a later date. Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City, Wisconsin, is assisting the family.
Emily was born on December 12, 1994, in Dubuque, Iowa, where she grew up. She was the daughter of Cory Cole and Shari Splinter. Emily met Jesse Frassetto at Mount Carroll while racing motocross, and the two were married on June 13, 2020. Their greatest joy, a son named Styles, was born on February 21, 2023.
Emily had a wild and vibrant spirit that left an impression on everyone she met. She had a deep appreciation for music—especially the songs of Stevie Nicks—and loved playing the drums with her dad, Tom. Through her years of bartending, Emily formed many lasting friendships, getting to know her customers as more than just faces across the bar. She adored her dogs, Roczen and Endo, and found joy on weekends at the dirt bike track—racing as number 212—or at the drag strip. She will be remembered for her laughter, her adventurous heart, and the way she naturally connected with the people around her.
Emily is survived by her husband, Jesse Frassetto; her son, Styles Frassetto; her mother, Shari Splinter; her siblings, Kylee Splinter, Nicholas Cole, and Jewell Brandt; her parents, Tom (Tracey) Hauber; her step-sister and step-brothers, Shantel McKinstry, Joey (Trenessa) Walker, and Chris (Katie) McKinstry; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cory Cole, and her sister and brother-in-law, Kristy and Travis Frassetto.
Memorials may be sent to the funeral home in Emily’s name at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, Wisconsin 53807.
