San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey continued his impressive NFL season in Week 10 against the New York Giants as the team raced to a 34-24 victory.
The star running back finished the game with 106 yards and a touchdown on 28 totes while adding another 67 yards and a touchdown on five receptions as the 49ers improved to 6-3 on the season. It was his 16th game with a rushing and receiving touchdown, breaking a tie with Marshall Faulk for the most in league history.
His dominance on the field could only be stopped by a play that led to discipline by the NFL.

During the Week 10 showdown between the 49ers and Giants, McCaffrey was brought down with a trip by Giants defensive back Dane Belton, who drew a penalty on the play. Nearly a week later, the NFL saw fit to add a fine for Belton whose wallet will be a little lighter this weekend.
The NFL announced a $7,201 fine for the defensive back. The former fourth-round pick is in the final year of his four-year, $4.44 million contract with the Giants.
He and the Giants will face off against a Chicago Bears offense that’s been firing on all cylinders over the past few weeks – including a 47-point performance against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 10.
Meanwhile, McCaffrey and the 49ers will take on the Los Angeles Rams.
