Three people have been taken to hospital following a “serious” two car collision in south Belfast on Monday afternoon.
Police have since made an appeal for information in relation to the incident, which occurred on the Finaghy Road North area of the city before 1.30pm.
One man, the driver of a Honda Civic, was injured as a result of the Ardmore Park junction crash.
The motorist was taken to hospital, along with the driver of a Seat Arona, a man in his 70s, and his passenger, a woman in her late 60s.
Police said the injuries are not believed to be life threatening at this point.
“We are investigating the circumstances leading up to this collision in this residential area,” said a spokesperson.
“We would appeal to anyone who was in the area, who may have witnessed this or the events leading up to it, to contact us.

“We are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a third car, possibly white in colour, seen in the area at the time of the collision.
“Any dash-cam or doorbell footage covering Finaghy Road North or the surrounding area would also be useful to our enquiries.”
