One of the many adaptations in the works is Verity. The feature comes from Amazon MGM Studios and features a star-studded cast led by Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson, and Josh Hartnett. The film has wrapped up filming, and Deadlinereports Verity will head to theaters on Oct. 2, 2026.
The first weekend of October has been very successful for other adaptations, including 2014’s Gone Girl and 2016’s The Girl on the Train.
