Adin Ross has come to the defense of Cameron „Cuffem“ Jordan, a streamer who has reportedly been banned from Kick after hosting a „lean mukbang.“
In the stream, he was seen drinking out of double cups in what he was calling a „lean mukbang,“ a spin on the Korean-born streaming genre where people eat a large portion or drink a lot for an online audience.
While he stressed that he wasn’t actually drinking lean, a recreational drug that combines prescription-strength cough syrup and a soft drink, it was enough to get him banned from the platform.
His official Kick page is no longer accessible, and the Kick Bans website shows that he was banned on Thursday (July 10), when he hosted the stream.
„All right, by the way, chat, this is all fake. I’m just calling them these names for the content. Okay? This is all fake,“ he said at top of the stream. „It’s not real, obviously, my n***a. Why would I do this? You know what I’m saying? I’m sober. You know what I’m saying?“
Adin Ross came out in defense of his friend and said that it was a „prop“ that Cuffem bought on Ebay for the express purpose of the stream.
„I can tell you guys it wasn’t real lean,“ said Ross, as seen in the clip below. „Kick, if you can please unban him. He made it very clear. You know, we’re not violating the terms of service. I can pull it up on stream. Chat’s even saying, ‚We know,‘ ‚facts.‘ I mean, dude, I’m just being real with you guys. Like, it’s fake.“
Last month, Adin Ross admitted that he once had a very expensive lean habit — to the tune of $1 million.
In a stream with N3on, Ross said he’s “spent over a million dollars” on the recreational drug. “But we don’t buy drugs anymore. Fuck drugs,” Ross added. “Lean is horrible though, bro.”
