Legend expressed gratitude in an Instagram post after accepting the proposal.
“A million times YESSSS!!! As I’m making this post, I’m getting emotional again but of pure joy, happiness, and peace,” Legend wrote. “If you know me, you know I don’t play about my man! I love him more than words could ever put together. So honored, blessed, and thankful to spend the rest of my life with my handsome bestie.”

The Rise of Trick Williams and Lash Legend
Both Williams and Legend quickly became heavily praised acts on the “NXT” brand. Williams saw his popularity grow before WWE split up his team with Carmelo Hayes. His sudden ascension in professional wrestling surprised many fans and experts, as he had only been known as Hayes’ hype man at one point.
Despite playing the role of a heel on WWE TV, fans also took a liking to Legend. The real-life relationship between Legend and Williams even played out on “NXT” back in 2024. At the time, Legend was a part of the heel faction Meta-Four. Williams was a babyface, and he’d often tease Legend about their relationship while the rest of Meta-Four was oblivious to the situation.
Legend was called up to the main roster during the Nov. 7 episode of “WWE SmackDown.” She will be featured in the female WarGames match at “Survivor Series 2025” on Saturday. Legend will team with Becky Lynch, The Kabuki Warriors, and Nia Jax. They will face AJ Lee, Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss.
As for Williams, he recently lost the TNA World Championship to Mike Santana back in October at “Bound For Glory.” The belief among fans is that Williams will be sent to either “Monday Night Raw” or “Friday Night SmackDown” soon.
