A Brazilian nutritionist and influencer died at the age of 39 after falling from her apartment building.
On Thursday, Nov. 13, Diana Areas, was found dead outside Unique Towers condominium in the Parque Tamandaré neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil, according to reporting by Noticia Urbana and Ururau.
Her death came after she left the hospital without permission earlier in the morning, according to reports.

Areas, who had around 200,000 followers on Instagram for her nutrition and fitness content, allegedly fell from the top floor of the property, per Noticia Urbana.
She was reportedly found in a communal area of the residential property, with her partner calling authorities. Sources told the outlet that the couple had argued just before her death.
Before the incident, Areas had been taken to Ferreira Machado Hospital with cuts on her body at around 6:30 a.m. that morning, according to Campos Expresso.
Despite being in “moderate condition,” she allegedly departed from the hospital without being discharged.

Areas’ body was taken to the Forensic Medical Institute (IML) in Campos dos Goytacazes at 12:30 p.m on Thursday,
An investigation into her death has been launched by the Civil Police of Campos dos Goytacazes. At this point, there are no suspected causes for the fall that have been reported.

“Rest in peace my friend. May you calm your soul down there with our father. Sorry we couldn’t help you. 🖤,” one person wrote in Portuguese.
A second added, “I can’t believe you’re gone. Rest in peace beautiful. 😭😢.”
“I can’t believe it 😢 😢,” another said.
