During the telecast, it was announced that Dart is set to be evaluated for a concussion. He will need to clear the initial protocols to make it back to the field.

Dart may have hit his head on the ground, and the concussion evaluators spotted the head hit, leading to his having to exit the game. Now, he will undergo tests to determine if he suffered a concussion or a head injury that will keep him out for the remainder of the game.

With Dart out, the Giants will rely on Wilson to lead the team to a win. When he took over, the team marched downfield on a huge from from Devin Singletary. Though they were in scoring position, Wilson was sacked, setting up a field goal.

At the time of this writing, the Giants lead the way 20-10. It is a comfortable score to have in the fourth quarter, though there is plenty of football left to play.

Dart has had multiple injury scares recently, and the potential concussion is just another that might cause the Giants to be cautious with their young rookie.

Wilson is plenty capable of taking over and helping the Giants pick up a big win. For New York, the hope would be that Dart did not suffer a concussion, and if he did, the concussion is not a major one that will keep him out for more than just one game.

Dart has yet to be ruled out of the game, but more updates will be provided by the Giants as they come.
