Death in Paradise star Elizabeth Bourgine has been a firm favourite since the beginning of the series
Elizabeth Bourgine, known for her role as the cherished Catherine Bordey in Death in Paradise, has confirmed she will be returning to the BBC show.
The actress excited fans by posting a collection of behind-the-scenes photos on her Instagram.
One image showed Elizabeth through the camera’s lens, in character, with the simple caption: „Shooting series 15 of Death in Paradise.“
Another photo captured her beaming smile alongside the camera crew, with a co-star holding an umbrella over her and Elizabeth using a fan to stay cool.
An additional snap featured Elizabeth indoors with the crew, script in hand. In her latest Instagram post, the actress stood outside her character’s restaurant, fully costumed.
Accompanying this picture, she quipped, „Catherine Bordey would be a wonderful James Bond … not a James’Bond girl … a Catherine’s Bond,“ reports the Express.

Earlier this year, BBC chiefs confirmed that Death in Paradise would return for series 15.
Posting on the show’s official X account, they announced: „Series 14 is over… But we’ll be back for series 15 (and a special)! Thanks for watching, see you again soon!“.
