Belinda Bencic’s husband Martin Hromkovic has had a front row seat to the tennis player’s impressive run at Wimbledon. Hromkovic is Bencic’s coach and has been helping the tennis player perfect her game in England.

Town & Country reported that the couple “quietly married” in April 2024. The couple welcomed their first daughter Bella on April 23, 2024. Bencic has made an impressive return in the year since giving birth.
“(Bencic) told ESPN she started slowly after Bella’s birth, just trying to feel like herself again, before ramping things back up and getting on the court,” ESPN’s D’Arcy Maine wrote on Wednesday.
“Bencic knew she had somewhat of an advantage because her husband, Martin Hromkovic, is also her fitness coach and travels with her.

“It meant they wouldn’t have to be apart during the season and Bella could be with both parents. Her mom also volunteered to accompany them for several parts of the season,” Maine added.

At the beginning of Wimbledon, Bencic took to Instagram posting an adorable photo of the couple’s daughter alongside her husband during a practice session.
“Ready…? Play.🍓@wimbledon 💜💚,” Bencic noted in the June 29, post.
Bencic would love nothing more than for her husband and daughter to be in the box watching her compete for a Wimbledon title on Saturday.
“I’m really proud of myself and the whole team, I think we did an amazing job coming back,” Bencic said during Wimbledon, per USOpen.org. “I’m really enjoying it at the moment … it’s amazing to share the memories as a family. I’m juggling it like every mom does. Props to the moms.”
