Per Aaron Portzline of The Athletic, defenseman Jordan Harris will not be given a qualifying offer, this making him an unrestricted free agent.

Harris was acquired last year in the Patrik Laine trade and failed to get much ice time. He played in 33 games for the Jackets, scoring one goal and totaling five points.
